Fees

Vogue Medical is a private billing medical centre. To ensure we can provide the best care possible to you and your family an out-of-pocket fee will apply for your consultation.

Get Your Results

No Test Results will be given over the phone due to our practise policy. Patients have to make an appointment with GP for Results.


Missed Call from GP. Interruptions during a consultation can be very distracting for both the patient and GP. Therefore it is our policy that queries will be taken. Messages will then be relayed to the doctor and followed up appropriately, with a return call from the doctor, nurse or receptionist.


Imaging Films are kept within practice for up to two(2) weeks, if not collected, they will be discarded.

Complaints

Should you have a complaint or wish to suggest an improvement in our services please ask to speak to our management. You may be asked to submit your complaint or suggestion in writing.

Your complain & suggestions will be discussed at a Practice meeting. We aim to reply to your letter asap and keep copies of all correspondence. The Practice team discusses all complaints and suggestions and where appropriate the issues raised are referred to our patient participation group.
